My dear Sir
I have your letter of the 27th.
I had sent you a despatch stating
I did not care for the whale and
[also?] write you the reasons for
my refusal. With the little
space at my command. I ought
not to fill the space I have with a
skeleton so nearly akin to the
Finback -- the addition [space?]
building has nothing to do with
Zoology. I have come to the
end of that space to be devoted to that.
Whatever much is Geology &
Geography and 78 feet is larger
than any space I have in the
building.
